A fast paced challenging Yoga class
The class will start by targeting the abdominal muscles strengthening our core, moving into an invigorating fast paced yoga flow of creative sun salutations linked together to challenge your edge and to generate heat from within incorporating the use of Ujjayi breathing- breath in and out through the nose, a cleansing breath used to create internal heat stimulating detoxification.
Get ready to have fun while increasing flexibility, strength, and endurance
