I started going to Yoga Temple in June of 2013, and from day one the staff made me feel right at home! As a shift worker I would often find it difficult to practice yoga on a full time basis with just one single studio due to location, the inconvenient “dinner time” classes and lack of morning or weekend classes. I found myself frustrated with the scheduling conflict and ready to give it up, but Yoga Temple was my answer! They cater to all times of the day and even weekends.
Yoga Temple’s owner Shari is a very dedicated, professional and friendly woman who is always striving to better the experience for customers. If there is something you are looking to get from your Yoga Temple experience, she encourages constant feedback and will act on it as soon as she can.
As for the yoga instructors, they are all AMAZING! Each one has their own special way of teaching and is one piece of the complete puzzle. There are many different types of yoga and what I love most about Yoga Temple is there’s a class for whatever mood I’m in. Kundalini is a great relaxing way to start your day, and you can even stay to finish it off with a Gentle Hatha.
If you’re feeling a little more energized or just want a pick me up after a long day at work, the Hot Vinyassa with Shari is perfect for that! Even if you have a baby on the way or want to do something with your whole family, there is a class for you! The online sign up and schedules also make it easy if you’re on the go and need to keep track of your classes.
Yoga Temple is the type of environment that promotes relaxation, rejuvenation, spirituality, knowledge of the practice and is all done in a friendly environment.
