Invigorating Vinyasa Yoga with Shari Dale
This Vinyasa sequence is for anyone who wants to develop grace and strength in their yoga practice. In order to develop strength we first need to learn how to listen to our bodies and to learn how to breathe, so that whenever the breathe goes the body follows.
This practice is focused for developing long, lean muscle with specifically targeted exercises. We will work the muscles to exhaustion and continue thru the burn to get the most from your practice.
Optimal balance in life is achieved when both effort and ease are honored. Working with different elements of strength 1) core 2) back bending 3) flexibility and 4) balance you will begin to develop an enhanced sense of grace and buoyancy within your practice.
