New Summer Schedule for July and August
Monday’s Only 6 pm to 7 pm
This class may be a combination of hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga where we will flow with the breath in continuous movement in and out of your postures, connecting to your breath, focusing on being present and exploring your true yoga potential.
We will focus on the basic yoga postures, building knowledge and comfort as we strengthen and lengthen our muscles and work on flexibility. We will work on sun salutations A and B with various modifications and sequences for all levels.
*Recommended for beginners or new to yoga, the active elderly, yogis with experience and all body types.
