I have found my TRIBE!
I absolutely love YOGA Temple ❤️
Shari  is a amazing teacher and she has a great way of being able to connect with everyone on all levels. 🙌

I am a student in Shari’s 200 hr yoga teacher training-Fort McMurray. She is such a beautiful teacher/person and I am very proud to be a part of her training and teaching philosophy. She is someone who promotes individuality in her training while still providing a strong foundation of core yoga principals that give us students the skills and confidence to become great teachers. I would recommend Yoga Temple to anyone wanting hands on training and mentorship; what an amazing experience thus far. THANK YOU!

Shari is an amazing and experienced instructor. Her class always hits the mark, whether it be a gentle restorative practice, or a challenging hot class. She has a style that is uniquely her own. I always leave her class with a clear mind a full heart. I am very grateful for the opportunity to learn from her and share her practice.

Student Review 2014

Hi ! My name is Stef and I have been practising yoga for 13 years. I was introduced to the wonderful world of yoga when my mother brought me to one of her classes and I have had a keen interest in it ever since. Growing up I was a competitive dancer and I carried this passion with me until I started university at U of T. During university I not only immersed myself into my studies but I used yoga as an outlet during stressful times. I practised with a fiery passion and not only did I use this practice to overcome hard times but it ended up becoming a way of life for me. Passion is a curious thing. No matter how hard life becomes, your passion will always be there to ground you and allow you to escape the chaos of everyday life. This is why I have chosen to be a certified yoga teacher. I am able to expand my passion and immerse myself deeper into the world of yoga. I saw a very close person in my life get an amazing opportunity to follow one of her passions and I thought if I don’t do this now, the opportunity will pass me by. This is when I stumbled upon Shari Dale and Yoga Temple. With her love, support and amazing non-judgemental studio environment, it has allowed me the opportunity to follow my passion in ways that I didn’t think were possible. The teacher training program is an amazing learning opportunity to understand every intimate detail of the practice and allow you to expand that knowledge to others. Shari has your back, makes herself available, and is the epitome of what a mentor should be. Whatever’s holding you back from following your passion whether it is fear, time, finances or confidence, let it go. If there is a will there will always be a way. Follow your passion, stay grounded, be true to yourself.

~ Stef

I truly never thought I would be successful in overcoming a fear I have held onto all of my life, presenting in front of people. I thought, “hey, why not attempt to overcome this when people are lying in a dim room with their eyes closed!?”, and so my journey began….The yoga teacher training course at Yoga Temple , with Shari Dale, has done far more for me then equip me with the tools to teach, it has taught me to push through life’s speed bumps, to embrace what you can learn from others, not to be afraid of failure and to believe in yourself. I hope one day I can give my students a cozy, inviting and welcoming place to practice yoga, where they can focus on the hurdles they would like to overcome, physically, mentally or spiritually, and be able to achieve them, with me cheering them on!

~Yvette
